HerbalWay® is a business in the Natural Wellness industry that markets Herbal Products. Such products and the claims made about specific products on or through this site are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. The information provided on this site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for advice from your doctor or other health care professional or any information contained on or in any product label or packaging. You should not use the information on this site for diagnosis or treatment of any health problem or for prescription of any medication or other treatment. You should consult with your doctor or a healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise or supplementation program, before taking any medication or if you have or suspect you might have a health problem. HerbalWay® is not liable for any health problems or adverse reactions that may result from using any of the products described on the site.
DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day. Delivery within the borders of South Africa via Registered Post (this is free) or via Fastway couriers will be sent direct to your door. You will be notified of the relevant tracking number for your order via email.
RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
The provision of goods and services by HerbalWay® is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, HerbalWay® will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the customer will NOT attract an administration fee.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
HerbalWay® shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of customers. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from here.
PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, any debit cards or by bank transfer into the HerbalWay® bank account, the details of which will be provided upon request and also via email once an order has been placed.
CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Credit card transactions will be acquired for HerbalWay® via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customers may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by HerbalWay® separately from card details which are entered by the customer on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
RESPONSIBILITY
Herbalway® takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and HerbalWay® chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
VARIATION
HerbalWay® may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
